We’ll handle all the day-to-day chores. We:
- Collect all Tenant rent and all Common Area Maintenance charges, on a timely basis
- Prepare and administer an owner-approved, annual operating budget
- Pay all operating expenses like utilities, service vendors, taxes, insurance and debt service
- Provide a monthly data disc with all operating statements, ledgers and full financial accounting of operations
- Communicate clearly and promptly with ownership. No surprises!
