We’ll handle all the day-to-day chores.  We:

 

  • Collect all Tenant rent and all Common Area Maintenance charges, on a timely basis
  • Prepare and administer an owner-approved, annual operating budget
  • Pay all operating expenses like utilities, service vendors, taxes, insurance and debt service
  • Provide a monthly data disc with all operating statements, ledgers and full financial accounting of operations
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with ownership.  No surprises!
